'There's zero doubt in his mind that Bindi is the love of his life, his soul mate, who he wants to spend the rest of his life with.'
The unnamed source added that the couple of three years are also excited to start a family 'as soon as their married, if not before'.
'Bindi sees Chandler as perfect daddy material, and he cannot wait to see her holding his own flesh and blood in her arms,' they continued.
A representative for Bindi denied the claims to Daily Mail Australia on Monday.
'As per usual, New Idea is reporting complete untruths. Bindi and Chandler are not getting married, Terri and Russell are not romantically linked and Russell hasn't made that offer,' the spokesperson said.
'This is yet another trashy magazine report containing no factual information whatsoever.'
Last month, New Idea claimed the couple will declare their love for one another in front of the same pastor who married her parents Terri and Steve in 1992.
The magazine also alleged that Bindi and Chandler have made several 'secret visits' to the church, which is located in Eugene, US, to prepare for the big day.
At the time, a representative from Australia Zoo has denied and shut down the claims.
The spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia the reports were simply 'untrue' and that the couple of nearly three years aren't planning to wed or have a family of their own any time soon.
Bindi also denied the claims during an appearance on the Today show, saying: '[There are] no wedding bells just yet'.
'We're just enjoying our time together. No wedding bells just yet....I'm happy. I'm 18,' Bindi continued.
Meanwhile, Woman's Day magazine claimed last month that Russell and Terri were headed for the wedding aisle after keeping their relationship secret for months.
But a representative for Terri told Daily Mail Australia that she and Russell are just friends.
