Since Posh and Sporty spice decided they didn't want to join a Spice Girls reunion, the other three are replacing them and it's literally anyone's game at this point.
The three remaining Spices - Geri Halliwell (Ginger), Emma Bunton (Baby) and Mel B (Scary) - have approached the BBC with an idea for a talent show to find their new members, the Daily Mail reports.

The show will involve auditions and heats held over five consecutive nights in April, with a live final to air on BBC1, and the winner will join the band for their Hyde Park gig in July, to mark the 21st anniversary of their first No 1 single, Wannabe.
