Game of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson, who plays knight Ser Gregor Clegane (aka The Mountain) in the HBO series, has broken his own strong man world record.
The 27-year-old threw a 15kg beer keg over his head clearing 7.05m, breaking his previous record set in 2014 of 12.3kg over 8.05m.
Strongman event website Giants Live equated the feat to "throwing a 4-year-old over three buses stacked on top of each other."
Speaking to the website Bjornsson exclaimed "it was easy!"
"I could have broken the roof, it was amazing to do this in front of the great crowd. Bring on Europe's Strongest Man," he said.
