Paris Jackson raised quite a few eyebrows over the weekend by posting a topless photo of herself sunbathing, with only two very carefully-placed emojis protecting it from going full-blown X-rated.

After posting the original photo, the 19-year-old daughter of the King of Pop was hit with plenty of criticism but quickly hit back with a perfect response - another topless photo.

She captioned the second snap with a lengthy explainer telling her followers that "being naked helps me feel more connected to Mama Gaia".

(In Greek mythology, Gaia is the personification of Earth.)

Jackson may have attracted a lot of attention, but she's only one of many celebrities who love to strip down for social media.
