Australian actor Liam Hemsworth is relishing the chance to use his own accent in new film, The Dressmaker.
The Hunger Games star is Down Under to promote the movie shot in Victoria, Australia and said he was happy to get back to his roots.
"I haven't done a film or TV in my own accent for almost seven years, so it was nice," he told The Project.
"It was strange. I was kind of very surprised at how I approached it differently because I was able to kind of be more free with it and think about my own accent."
Hemsworth plays Kate Winslet's love interest in the film, which premiered in Australia on Sunday and also stars Judy Davis, Hugo Weaving and Sarah Snook.
