2. Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN New Zealand Ltd and any agencies associated with this promotion and Herald retailers are ineligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies). If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize(s) will be awarded to the winner's parent(s) or guardian(s).
3. The major prize winner will receive; two 3-day GA passes to the V8 Supercars ITM400 event in Hamilton from April 20-22 including two (2) Pit Passes (valued at $270), a lap around the course in an official course car (valued at $2,000) for two people, a meet and greet with INXS for two people and a walk on the starting grid valid for two people (valued at $1,000). This prize does not include accommodation or transport to the event.
4. The ten (10) runner-up winners will receive a copy of the 2012 V8 Supercars Championship calendar.
5. The time and date of prize redemption is subject to change at the discretion of the V8 Supercars.

7. COURSE CAR - Please note that for safety reasons, winners will be required to fill out an indemnity form prior to their ride. Persons under 16 years of age will not be permitted to ride; persons under 18 years of age will require a parent or guardian on track to complete their indemnity
8. GRID WALK - Please note that for safety reasons, winners must wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Persons under 16 years will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult also holding their own Grid Walk invitation
9. MEET N GREET - Winner will win a double meet and greet pass for INXS on Saturday 21 April, 2012 at Seddon Park, Hamilton. Person under 18 years will need to be accompanied by an adult
10. All out of pocket expenses including travel to the event, accommodation, meals and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winners.
11. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
12. The winner will be notified by phone. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours from the draw date APN may re-draw a new winner. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or service and no exchange communications will be entered into.
13. Neither APN or associated partners are liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by APN when received in to APN's database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. APN's records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries are invalid. APN is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.
15. APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who enters a keyword more than once or copies a coupon or otherwise tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.
16. Entrants are identified by the email address used to submit the entry. Any prize won by a web entrant will be awarded to the holder of the email address (or that person's parent/guardian) from which that entry was submitted. APN takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address belonging to any other person. Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects personal information and APN holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities and may be used by APN for future promotional activities, including (where consented to) sending the entrant emails. 17. Failure to provide all requested personal information may result in the entry being invalid.
