Suzanne Vega is set to play her first New Zealand shows in 25 years.
The American singer-songwriter will perform two shows here in August: at Auckland's Bruce Mason Centre on August 7, and Wellington's Opera House on August 8.
Vega, now 58, will be playing hits from throughout her career, alongside guitarist Gerry Leonard.
She's sold seven million albums and received seven Grammy nominations. Her tour will be in support of her 2016 record, Lover, Beloved: Songs from an Evening with Carson McCullers.
