Supergroup heads to NZ

Them Crooked Vultures - the supergroup made up of Foo Fighter Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones - are heading to New Zealand in January, it has been announced.

The band will play Wellington's TSB Arena on January 29, and Auckland's Vector Arena on January 30.

Them Crooked Vultures are expected to release their debut album later this year or in early 2010.

Tickets go on sale on September 22.
