British actor Stephen Fry has taken a break from Twitter because it is not safe to tweet while working on a top secret project.
The comedian disappointed fans on Thursday when he announced a month-long hiatus from the micro-blogging site to stop himself revealing facts about his new job.
"Closing down on Twitter while filming. In a place whence I've been advised it is safest not to tweet. See you December. Here goes..." Fry tweeted before shutting down his account.
His announcement has prompted speculation about Fry's secret project, with many fans assuming he has landed a role in the highly-anticipated Star Wars: Episode VII. However, that would be highly unlikely because filming for the sci-fi film has wrapped.
