Spy: Striking a pose at Fashion Week

The nation's hottest fashion trendsetters, the cream of our modelling industry and VIPs galore stepped out in Auckland for New Zealand Fashion Week.

Spy was there to witness some of the head-turning new looks unveiled by the fashion industry's hippest - and a few catwalk curiosities.

The event lived up to its billing and Project Runway winner Sean Kelly took the standard up a level with his first New Zealand show.

On Wednesday, Matilda Rice stood up her boyfriend, Art Green, at the altar - she was expected front row.

Spy understands she confirmed on the day but was absent when her Bachelor modelled in the NZFW Weddings show.

Like the rest of the nation, Spy is in love with Richie McCaw, he can do no wrong - well, nearly. The sporting hero broke Fashion Week etiquette and opened his goody bag before the show. But such curiosity is so cute.
