Fans have been hanging onto hope of a reunion for years, with rumours ramping up of their group getting back together in recent weeks.
And now the Spice Girls are set to put fans out of their misery, as they are reportedly set to reunite on Monday and announce a "huge UK stadium tour", reports The Daily Mail.
The nineties icons have "secretly recorded a video message" to be broadcast on bonfire night, according to the Sun.
The girl group is reportedly ready to embark on an eight-show stadium tour, according to insiders who spoke to Entertainment Tonight.
Geri Horner, Melanie Chisholm, Melanie Brown and Emma Bunton are also set to reunite without Victoria Beckham on the Jonathan Ross show on November 11, according to Billboard.
However, Victoria has shown there's no hard feelings with her former bandmates, and even shared a shot cosying up to Mel C at the Global Gift Gala on Friday.
Sharing a picture of Posh and Sporty spice, Victoria wrote "So proud of @melaniecmusic X fantastic performance tonight!!! X #friendshipneverends #girlpower kisses VB".
She later took to her Instagram stories to share a video of her former bandmate singing, accompanying the footage with #GirlPower, a reference to their 1996 hit Wannabe.
If the girls finally do decide to fill arenas once more, it will be their first tour since their 2007 Viva Forever reunion.
The band last performed together at the opening ceremonies of the London Olympics in 2012.
Since then 'Posh' Spice has repeatedly shot down reports that the popular group would be reuniting.
"I'm not going on tour," Victoria told Vogue earlier this year. "What does that look like in the future? It's not me in a catsuit."
In contrast, Mel B is wildly enthusiastically about her old costumes, having built a shrine in her bedroom to honour her Spice Girls days.
The tour is believe to be together by Modest Management, the brains behind One Direction, and the group's original manager Simon Fuller.
The Spice Girls shot to fame in 1996 with their hit song Wannabe, which went on to top charts in 37 countries and the group was also credited with the popularisation of the phrase 'girl power', encouraging female empowerment.
Since splitting, the five women behind iconic songs such as Stop and Spice Up Your Life, have all gone on to successful business ventures.
Victoria Beckham has gone on to forge a career in fashion and launched a successful clothing line, while famously marrying David Beckham and having four children.
Meanwhile, Emma Bunton has ventured into presenting. She hosts the breakfast show on Heart Radio and was recently announced as part of the team on the US version of the Great British Bake Off.
Melanie Brown, known as Mel B or Sporty Spice, has become one of the best known faces on television and has been a judge on America's Got Talent since 2013.
Like Scary Spice, Ginger Spice, real name Geri Horner has become a judge, working on Australia's Got Talent, she's also written children's books and continued her music career.
Likewise, Sporty Spice has worked on the Asian version of the show and forged a successful solo career.
Mel B has been the most vocal about the reunion. Last month, she appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden where she once again claimed the girl group will go on tour.
The America's Got Talent judge said on the US late-night talk show it's "100 percent happening".
She went on to reveal to that three other band members are 'for sure' joining her back on stage.
