On Tuesday, eagle-eyed Spice Girls fans noticed that Mel B, full name Melanie Brown, had made the shock decision to unfollow Mel C on Twitter and Instagram - suggesting the latter will definitely not be involved in any reunion tour.
However, Spice Girls fans haven't given up all hope yet, as Mel B recently reunited with bandmates Emma Bunton and Geri Horner (nee Halliwell) on a trip to London.
They were pictured in what appeared to be a recording studio, sparking reports that they were recording new music, but Mel refused to go into much detail during an interview on British morning show Lorraine last month.

"I mean, we definitely want to do something," Mel explained.
"It's a celebration of us still doing our thing 20 years on and still being supportive of each other, so we will see what happens. We are all just kind of in talks right now.
"It's funny because I landed yesterday and I met up with a few of my Spices and we were doing a big time reminisce. I had a nice little cup of tea with Geri and Emma last night and it was lovely."
It remains to be seen whether or not the Spice Girls will follow in the footsteps of another hit '90s band, Take That, who are currently enjoying success as a three piece after originally finding fame as a five member group.
