KEY POINTS:
The Spice Girls were the victims of a bogus email which claimed they had cancelled a tour date in South America due to the level of demand in Britain and the US.
A fake email was sent round and published on several websites, claiming the group were having to pull out of their gig in Buenos Aires in Argentina in January. The reformed girl group were forced to issue a statement denying the cancellation, although they confirmed high demand has meant the concert will be postponed.
Next Sunday will be the first time the Spice Girls have been on tour together since Geri Halliwell left the group in May 1998.
