The brilliantly silly spoof saw Randy forming his alter ego in the women's bathroom, where he started to write his own songs, before claiming "I am Lorde".
Unperturbed by her new manly identity the Kiwi songstress took to Twitter, writing: "i have officially been the subject of 2 south park episodes and that is weird and cool."
Later she continued: "I don't actually watch south park but from what i can tell sia was involved and someone's mum said something really nice about me.. score!"
The singer was referring to a scene in which Stan's mother Sharon talks to Randy aka Lorde, about his sexuality saying: "Lorde represents something in all of us a truth that wants to be heard.
"If I could talk to Lorde right now, you know what I'd tell her I'd tell her not to let me change who she is."
Before continuing: "I'd tell her that if people are making fun of her its probably because they've lost touch with being human."
Lorde, real name Ella Yelich-O'Connor, clearly saw the funny side the show posting three clips to her Instagram in which she called the scenes 'cute' and 'downright sweet'.
"From what i can tell also has a message of transgender acceptance (i'm still very new with this type of humour so i'm not sure if was actually genuine but it seemed so to me)," she wrote, before announcing, "take that haters i got a south park episode."
South Park masterminds Trey Parker and Matt Stone first introduced Lorde to the show last week when Randy dressed up as the Royals singer to perform at a party after pretending he could secure her for the gig.
Squeezed into a goth chic frock it's clear Randy's Lorde isn't all that she seems, as Clyde says, "I'm glad the food is good, Lorde sucks!", while Jimmy agrees "Yeah, she isn't as hot in person".
The singer is in good company starring on the animated show which has also counts Michael Jackson, Kanye West and Britney Spears amongst the musicians which have appeared on the show.
