She was … so genuine, and generous of spirit.
The best time I've had on stage was … playing Fleur Bian in Camping, doing poi, strutting around, and laughing so hard at the other cast members.
But the worst was … not having enough time for a technical rehearsal in a big solo show I performed at the Herald Theatre in 2015. It was opening night, I walked on and crashed straight in to the set, then proceeded to just hold on and get the show done before bursting into tears in my undies in the dressing room. I look back now at that and crack up but at the time it was bleak.
My dream role would be … anything that makes people laugh hard, cry softly, and encourages them to consider their heads, hearts and how they are being in the world.
