Simply Red bow out gracefully with final tour

Simply Red have announced four New Zealand dates as part of a worldwide 'farewell' tour.

"Welcome to the final year of twenty-five mind-blowing years," says Mick Hucknall of Simply Red's final shows. "What an adventure it has been!"

The band, who started in Manchester in 1985, have played over 1,000 shows, and notched up sales of over 55 million.

They will be supported in New Zealand by Opshop.
