Melisandre, The Red Woman, plays a key role in the latest episode of Game of Thrones.
If you didn't manage to catch SoHo's 1pm screening of Game of Thrones today, you might just want to turn off your phone, sign out of Twitter and shut down your browser at work.
That's because the second episode of the show's second season just answered the big question on everyone's lips: Is Jon Snow alive?

Turns out he is. Jon Snow really is alive.
After all the rumours, denials, gossip and innuendo, today's episode of Game of Thrones confirms Snow is alive, albeit with some major scarring on his chest, and a very grey skintone.
The reveal comes at the end of the episode called Home, as Snow, played by Kit Harrington, lies on a concrete table as Melisandre, played by Carice van Houten, sponges his body, cuts off locks of his hair and casts a spell over him.
Having apparently failed in her mission to bring Snow back to life, The Red Woman appears distraught and leaves the room, as does everyone else.
The episode ends with Snow's dire wolf Ghost, who is sleeping beside Snow's table, opening his eyes, before Snow's eyes open and he gasps for breath.
Snow was killed at the end of season five after being stabbed repeatedly by rebellious members of the Night's Watch unhappy with his leadership, and speculation has built ever since over whether or not the show's leading man really was dead.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Harrington apologised for lying to Thrones fans about Snow's death.
"I'd like to say sorry for lying to everyone. I'm glad that people were upset that he died. I think my biggest fear was that people were not going to care. Or it would just be, 'Fine, Jon Snow's dead'," he said.
"But it seems like people had a, similar to the Red Wedding episode, kind of grief about it. Which means something I'm doing - or the show is doing - is right."
