Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, date of birth, current and valid email address, postal address and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences at 9am on Thursday 15 March, 2012 and will finish at 8:30am on Thursday 29 March, 2012 ("Promotional Period").

7. The prize draw will be held on Thursday 29 March, 2012.

8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

9. There are 8 prizes of a double pass to a Shihad - The Meanest concert plus a Shihad CD and T-shirt for each winner. The 8 double passes are made up of one double pass per concert on the following dates: Hamilton Thursday 5 April, 2012 at Altitude, Tauranga Friday 6 April, 2012 (Good Friday) at Brewers Field, Coroglen Saturday 7 April, 2012 at Coroglen Tavern, Auckland Sunday 8 April 2012 (Easter Sunday) at Powerstation, Greymouth Wednesday 11 April, 2012 at Railway Hotel, Nelson Thursday 12 April, 2012 at Victory Room at the Trafalgar Centre, Christchurch Friday 13 April, 2012 at The Bedford, Wellington (Upper Hutt) Saturday 14 April, 2012 at Station Village.

10. Total prize pool valued at $2,000. Each prize package consists of 2 tickets to the chosen Shihad concert, 1 CD and 1 T-shirt.

11. Prizes will be posted to winners by Muchmore Music.

12. The event is R18. Ticket holders may be asked to present valid ID before entering the venue.

13. All double passes are subject to the venues standard terms and conditions and those of the event organiser.

14. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

16. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

17. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of nzherald.co.nz) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
