A man arrested outside Miley Cyrus' Los Angeles home has been charged with trespassing and running from police.
Jason Luis Rivera was apprehended on Saturday morning - reportedly armed with a pair of scissors - after police were called when he was found on Miley's property.
According to TMZ.com, the
Los Angeles City Attorney said he was charged with two misdemeanour counts of trespassing and one misdemeanour count of resisting arrest.
The 19-year-old singer and actress was not as home at the time of the incident.
While being led away by the police, he reportedly claimed he knew Miley and that he had been married to her.
