Lindsay Lohan has been sued again for a 2005 car crash in Beverly Hills.
Raymundo Ortega alleged the actress was under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her car into his van in October, 2005. The lawsuit seeks at least US$200,000 ($265,500) in damages.
Last month, Grandeur Inc sued Lohan for US$3624 claiming she crashed into a company van.
