The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Tomales, California house made famous by the 1996 horror hit Scream will be rented out to fans this autumn as Halloween approaches.
The promotion, called Scream Comes Home, is being organised by Anthony Masi and Nate Ragon, TMZ reported on Tuesday.
The event - which has a $200 (NZ$294) admission fee - is slated to be held at the abode (which sits outside of Santa Rosa, California) the weekend before Halloween, according to the outlet.
A special offering fans to spend the night there for $1,750 (NZ$2,575) sold out rapidly, TMZ reported.
Masi and Ragon told the outlet they poured $22,000 (NZ$32,000) into rental fees for the property, and will have plenty of frightful features for fans.
