Film director Martin Scorsese and Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson are working together on a film about the rise and turbulent reign of Britain's Queen Victoria.
The idea came from Ferguson, the ex-wife of Britain's Prince Andrew, Victoria's great-great-grandson. The film will be titled The Young Victoria.
