Schwarzenegger's new catchphrase: 'I feel old'

Arnold Schwarzenegger apparently has a new catchphrase.

The action hero is making his return to movies with a role in The Last Stand, in which he plays a small-town sheriff who is caught up in a battle with a drug cartel leader.

Schwarzenegger moved out of the movie industry between 2003 and 2011, when he was the Governor of California.

The legendary hard man's new character has a tongue-in-cheek catchphrase that plays on his well-known line "I'll be back" from the Terminator movies.

According to British newspaper The Sun, Schwarzenegger's new saying is: "I feel old."

His new phrase may be a direct reference to the fact he has aged since he last had a big role on screen and the 65-year-old realises his return will not be an easy ride.

Rather than easing himself back into films, Schwarzenegger is back doing the high-impact stunts and all-action scenes he is best known for.

"I guess I could have started slow," he previously said, "but it felt amazing to be back jumping off buildings, seeing huge explosions, getting in car chases and throwing punches."

Bosses on Last Stand are reportedly hoping Schwarzenegger's "I feel old" catchphrase will become as popular as his previous sayings such as "Hasta la vista, baby".

The Last Stand will be released in 2013.
