Childbirth was extra painful for actress Sarah Michelle Gellar - she fractured her jaw screaming.
The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star arrived at the hospital minutes before giving birth and was not able to receive an epidural.
"I think I yelled so loud that I actually fractured my jaw. True story, I had to have surgery afterwards... from biting down," she told US late night host David Letterman.
"I felt so badly (for screaming), I thought there was going to be some woman down the hall giving birth to their first child hearing this going, 'I'm not doing this'."
Gellar has two children - daughter Charlotte, born in September 2009, and son Rocky, born in September 2012.
