It looks like it's official: Sandra Bullock has had her fill of her shamed husband Jesse James and is edging closer to pulling the plug on their marriage.

The Oscar-winning actress, still reeling from allegations that her husband of five years had a string of affairs during their marriage, is
believed to have prepared divorce papers.

Devastated Bullock is all set to dump her man and has reportedly had her lawyer draw up the necessaries, on the same day it emerged that the alleged love rat won't get a penny from her.

That's right, girl got herself a prenup, so says website Radar Online.

According to the website's report, the prenup specifies that James gets nothing if the couple split because of infidelity.

A source tells the website, "If she divorces Jesse and proves he was cheating, which won't be hard, Sandra won't have to pay Jesse anything."

But Bullock's said to have other things than her fortune on her mind.

"Right now Sandra is not thinking about the money," a source said.

"She's protected financially. She's just trying to deal with this mess."

There's no indication if and when she'll actually file for a legal split, but those in her inner circle say it's imminent.

"Her attitude toward Jesse hasn't softened since she found out he was cheating on her," a source adds.

"She's been betrayed and cheated on and she's not getting over that."

We concur. A removal van was spotted outside the former couple's Los Angeles home on Friday, carting away furniture and boxes. Although we don't know whose possessions they were...

Meanwhile, James hoofed it to an Arizona rehab clinic last week to wash away his sins and undergo treatment for sex addiction.

"Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues," his rep said in a statement.

"He realised that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage."

His road to redemption was a remarkably short one. The bad boy bolted from the facility on Friday after only a week of treatment - because Bullock refused to take his calls. Cor blimey, cry us a river, build a bridge and get over it, James.

"He was fed up with all the media leaks from inside. He had privacy and security concerns," a source told E! News.

The source added that James remains in "a programme," but failed to point out where or what kind.

Nothing a good cold shower wouldn't fix.

But wait ... reports just in say he's now returned to the facility. Sources say he returned on Easter Sunday.

Good. But we doubt it'll impress Bullock. She has nil interest in his efforts to redeem himself. That ship has well and truly left the dock.

"It's [rehab] just become such a trite thing to do. It comes across as predictable and just plain lame," a source said last week.

Meanwhile, James' lawyer is earning his corn and trying to muster some positive PR for his client.

"When all is said and done, he wants the same people who were living in his house before all this happened to still be living there," his lawyer Joe Yanny tells People.

"And he wants to save his marriage with the woman he loves more than anything in his life."

Addressing the media circus surrounding James' alleged womanising, he said: "The First Amendment was not meant to cover the sexual lives of people who are not in office.

"This is sheer voyeurism and bullying, pure and simple. It's disgusting."

Oh, the scandal!

Disgusting is the word, but not in the same context as he puts it.

What do you think?

Speaking of sex scandals...

Shamed golfer Tiger Woods has addressed his womanising in yet another press conference. But this time before the civilians at the Masters in Augusta Georgia.

The gist of it all? He's now a much better person after rehab. Blah, blah, blah...

Watch a video of the press conference below:

Surely that's enough already? The whole Tiger saga's about as enticing as a rancid rugby sock. Time to move on, just like

Wacko Jacko news

Reports are swirling online that

Michael Jackson

's personal physician at the time of his death,

Dr Conrad Murray

, is planning on arguing the star accidentally killed himself with a lethal dose of anaesthetic Propofol.

Scandal sheet TMZ reports that the doctor's legal team was planning to argue that Jackson killed himself by giving himself propofol in Murray's absence.

The defence's argument, according to TMZ, will focus on the theory that Murray gave Jackson 25 mg of Propofol at 10:50am. Murray then left the room at noon to take a leak, only to find, the defence will argue, Jackson had self-administered the remnants of the 20ml bottle of Propofol to himself.

But Murray's reps have now trashed the website's report, saying: "We do not know what sources to which TMZ is referring. We only know it didn't come from [attorney]

We all know there was some bad blood between Heigl and the crew after she

"I doubt there will be a party to send her off."

We doubt it too. OVAH.

Poor J-Lo. That little slice of audio assault will do little to quell talk that the singer is past her prime and no longer a guaranteed meal ticket.
