Actor Sam Neill said he was never given a chance to be a part of the fourth movie instalment of Jurassic Park, despite being offered a role more than a decade ago.
Jurassic World, which will be directed by Colin Trevorrow and is to star Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson, will be released in June, 2015.
The movie is in production in Hawaii and the storyline picks up 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park III which was released in 2001.
Neill starred as Dr Alan Grant in the first three Jurassic Park movies of which the original and sequel were directed by Steven Spielberg.
Jurassic Park III was directed by Joe Johnston.
