Sally Ridge and her partner, Warren Fenning, are teaming up to enter Auckland's property market.
The couple are studying towards National Certificates in Real Estate. Bayleys confirmed once they were registered agents, it was the pair's intention to work out of the company's Ponsonby office.
Ridge would not comment, but Fenning said he was looking forward to his new career. "We are still doing our papers, but we are very excited," he said.
"Our friends said they supported our new career paths, and were surprised we didn't get into real estate sooner."
The couple live in a renovated villa in upmarket Herne Bay and and will hope to follow in the footsteps of other successful high-profile husband and wife real estate teams, like Vicky and Gary Wallace, Andrea and Duncan Ritchie, Victoria and Stephen Bidwell.
