Roxette have been forced to cancel their New Zealand concert after band member Per Gessle of Roxette fell ill during his flight from Stockholm to Auckland.
The duo were due to play this Saturday night at Auckland's Vector Arena.
In a statement, the band's management said "despite the best efforts of all involved with the tour, it has not been possible to schedule an alternative date for the Auckland show within the already demanding tour schedule".
The tour will resume as scheduled in Brisbane on Tuesday.
For all tickets booked online or by phone, the credit card used in the booking will automatically be refunded, and any Roxette fans who bought at a Ticketmaster outlet are advised to return to the original outlet with the tickets and the credit card used to purchase, to obtain a refund.
Roxette have sold around 75 million records and clocked up more No. 1 top 10 hits in the United States than Abba.
