About 15,000 people rocked out under the summer sun in Taupo on Saturday with legendary Heart, Foreigner and Three Dog Night providing the music.
Local artists Paul Foulds and the Blind Venetians also got the crowd pumping as temperatures reached the high 20s at the Taupo Ampitheatre beside the Waikato River.
Three Dog Night were the first of the three international rock acts to hit the stage, performing their signature Mama Told Me (Not To Come) and Joy To The World.
Hitmakers Foreigner performed Cold As Ice and Waiting For a Girl Like You, finishing with their fist-pumping power ballad I Wanna Know What Love Is and Hot Blooded.
