Robbie Williams may have cancelled his upcoming tour of Asia but his Australian fans can rest assured, the entertainer will still be coming Down Under in October.
The British pop star was scheduled to start the Asian leg of his Let Me Entertain You trek on September 17 in Beijing, China and perform in six cities before finishing in Singapore on October 4.
However, all the dates have been scrapped due to "issues outside of the artist's control", according to a statement by promoters Live Nation Bec-Tero.
His promoter in Australia, Michael Chugg, said Williams was still on track to play all his dates in Australia - and even pointed out that he had added more to his original schedule.
"The cancellation of the Asian dates have nothing at all to do with the Australian and New Zealand leg of Robbie's Let Me Entertain You tour and the Asian press release clearly states this," Chugg said.
