Zoolander (2001)
This is the scene where Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller) is explaining how he thinks he shared a "moment" with Matilda Jeffries (Christine Taylor).

Around 20 minutes into the movie, Gust Avrakotos (Philip Seymour Hoffman) says, "I'm reading transcripts of phone conversations between French and German generals arguing over office space at NATO headquarters and analyzing wiretaps out of Mercury Bay, New Zealand. You know, historically, a hotbed of anti American activity."
Mission: Impossible III (2006)
Early in the movie, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) talks about a weekend he and his fiancée Julia Meade (Michelle Monaghan) enjoyed at Lake Wanaka. The South Island lake is referenced again later in the movie when he asks Julia to name the lake where they spent time together to verify she is still alive.
Deathproof (2007)
Kiwi stuntwoman Zoe Bell was part of a great reference to New Zealand in Quentin Tarantino's action-slasher Deathproof. This is the scene:
Lee: [to Zoë] I'm sorry, but what is "home"? Is that Australia, right?
Zoë: [seemingly offended] What do you mean by that, mate?
Abernathy: Zoë's from New Zealand. And you never, I repeat, NEVER, call a Kiwi an Aussie.
Kim: Not unless you wanna get your ass kicked.
Lee: I'm so sorry, I really am.

Goldeneye (1995)
New Zealand was mentioned in Goldeneye as housing secret spying transmitters:
Natalya: "I know it's there. It's a duplicate of Severnaya, like your secret transmitters in New Zealand."

The Man Who Sued God (2001)
Kiwi John Clarke wrote The Man Who Sued God, and there's even a reference to New Zealand. Advocate Steve Myers (Billy Connolly) claims "he's just a tourist from New Zealand."
