Reprieve for Naomi over assault claims

Naomi Campbell will not be charged over allegations she assaulted a woman in London this year.

The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to take no further action after a woman alleged she had been attacked by the British supermodel in October.

Campbell, 36, reportedly learned the case was being dropped while giving a rare television interview, speaking of her "annus horribilis".

In the past year she has faced allegations of assault on both sides of the Atlantic.
