The video pays tribute to Kung Fu films of the 1970s and 80s and includes hilarious characteristics which made those films so popular - overly dramatic fight scenes and mismatched voice-over lip movements.
What makes the clip even cooler is the inclusion of one of New Zealand hip hop's finest, Che Fu, who lends his smooth voice to the chorus as well as acting as the grand master in the video clip.
"He was right into that. He loves that stuff and you can see in the clip he has some good acting skills."
The video has helped earn Team Dynamite's first nomination in this year's Vodafone Pacific Music Awards - one of several, in fact.
They are up for four awards: Best Pacific Music Video, Best Pacific Album, Best Pacific Urban Artist and Best Pacific Song.
The awards, in its 11th year, will be held at the Vodafone Events Centre tonight and showcases some of the Pacific's top musical talent.
It has been a long-time coming for a group that has enjoyed being in the underground hip hop scene for a number of years.
"It's kind of rewarding to get recognition in sort of the mainstream. Getting nominated in the Pacific Music Awards is something that's new for us and it's good to know we're being recognised by that community because we are Pacific."
Lucky Lance calls himself "afakasi" - half palagi and half Samoan. His band mates are Haz Huavi and Tony Tz Sihamau, who are Niuean.
The crew met while they were still young guns - Tony from Mt Roskill, Haz from Otahuhu and Lance from Newton, downtown Auckland.
All had a passion for hip hop and rap and Lance is quick to name-drop some of the world's hip hop royalty as his key influences: Dr Dre, Notorious B.I.G and Tupac.
"Me and Tony met while we were in high school and we just started writing lyrics to Dr Dre beats. But we kind of realised soon that there was no point doing that because we were just doing stuff off of somebody else's beats.
"That's how we came across Haz, eventually. He was making original beats and we were coming up with our own stuff which we released. It blew up and we knew then we had to be doing something right," Lance said.
"When we started, half the reason for getting into it was because I was sick of what was on the radio - having people sing along to raunchy stuff.
"Yeah, you can talk about sex, but not every song. I hope when we rap, people get more out of it."
The boys are now working towards the release of a third album, due to come out early next year.
