Rachel Hunter has opened up about the death of her mother and how it spurred her to explore her spirituality.
The supermodel has described in an interview with the Australian Women's Weekly how physically and emotionally gruelling days training in India to be a yoga teacher have helped her work through her grief.
The 48-year-old, whose mother Janeen Phillips died of cancer in May last year, said her training was like "going to hard-core therapy combined with a boot camp, often starting a 6.30am and finishing at 8.45pm.
