Every horror movie cliche is thrown at the screen but it's amazing how little of it is even remotely scary
Leave the higher brain functions at home if you're set on viewing this dreadfully dull "re-imagining' of the 1980 horror flick which cemented Jamie Lee Curtis' career as a teen scream-queen.
Three years after her family was murdered by the nut-job teacher obsessed with her, cheerleader Donna (Brittany Snow of the comedy
John Tucker Must Die
) is slowly getting her life back on track and looking forward to her senior prom.
Unfortunately for her and the rest of the disposable nubile cast, though, her nemesis (Johnathon Schaech) has just escaped from the psychiatric hospital and is on his way to crash their big night.
