The Saturdays star and the prince were reportedly spied enjoying a karaoke session, belting out Jay-Z and Adele hits with friends until 3am at London's Bunga Bunga club last week. They later left the venue separately.
"It's very early days for them," a 'source' cautions, "but they're head over heels."
Hang about, not according to Us Weekly.
"They're friends and there's nothing romantic going on, although I'm pretty sure she'd like there to be," chimed a snitch. "They have a lot of mutual friends and they go to the same places."
And once again for the cheap seats: "Harry and Mollie are just friends," the source repeats. "It's fair to say she has a crush on him, but they've never been on a date and he's never asked her out on a date."
King split with Dolce & Gabbana model David Gandy two months ago.
Gandy was quoted as saying at the time: "I have been over in the States three times this month and a relationship can't take that.
"Mollie is an incredibly beautiful, lovely girl and so grounded. But it just didn't work out."
Harry, on the other hand, split with on-off girlfriend Chelsy Davy, 26, in 2009.
The prince - who is third in line to the throne - recently opened up about the difficulties of finding love.
Asked whether being a royal lived up to the popular image, he told CBS news: "No, not at all - as any girl would ever tell you. It's sort of, 'Oh my god, he's a prince'. But no.
"The job that it entails; I mean look at me, I'm 27-years-old, and not so much searching for someone to fulfill the role, but obviously, you know, finding someone that would be willing to take it on," he added.

Naturally, a spokesperson for Prince Harry said they would not comment on speculation surrounding his private life, reports the Mail.
King has also kept mum over the romance rumbles. But she had this to share on Twitter: "Ahh I can't believe I've hit half a MILLION followers! You guys are the best - thank you so much for all your tweets!! x x x"
