A Givealittle fund has been set up to replace the stolen guitar of New Zealand reggae legend Tigilau Ness.
The guitar was stolen while Ness was teaching at a community parenting course at the Mangere East Community Centre.
The fund has been set up to assist with the cost of replacing the precious instrument, which is reportedly of "great sentimental and creative value".
Leftover funds will reportedly go towards supporting Ness' "musical creativity and song writing".
Ness' son Che Fu played the guitar during his time in the band Supergroove, and Ness has used the guitar for seven years in his work with fathers and children at the community centre's parenting programmes.
