Cult indie rockers the Pixies are set to release their first studio album in 23 years.
The Velouria hitmakers shared the news with fans earlier today.
Indie Cindy will include music from their new four-song EP, titled EP3 and will be released in late April.
The project will mark the group's first new full-length album since 1991's Trompe Le Monde.
The Pixies hit the headlines in November when frontman Black Francis, aka Frank Black, and his bandmates fired bassist Kim Shattuck, who had replaced longtime member Kim Deal last year.
