Phil Collins and his third wife Orianne Cevey are not planning to remarry.
The 65-year-old musician and 43-year-old jewellery designer - who he famously paid (nzd) $52.3 million six years ago in a record-breaking divorce battle - are back together and news that they were set to wed circulated after Orianne seemingly declared the couple were "determined" to tie the knot, again, last week.
However, Phil - who has sons Nicholas, 14, and Matthew, 11 with Orianne - explained: "Orianne did an interview in Switzerland and that got back translated from German and she didn't actually say it.
But teased: "It's not impossible, it just hasn't been discussed. We are still enjoying living in a house together and changing light bulbs."
And Orianne, who hails from Switzerland, recalled: "I said 'you never know what the future is going to hold.' I never said, 'Yeah, we are going to get married.' It was like a mistranslation."
