Paul Walker's daughter shares moving tribute

Paul Walker's daughter has paid tribute to the actor on what would have been his 42nd birthday.

Meadow Walker shared an emotional Instagram post "reflecting on [her] father" today (12.09.14), which would have marked the star's birthday, and announced the launch of a charity in his honour.

Meadow posted a picture of herself as a young girl with her father - who died in a car accident in November 2013 - and wrote: "Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill.

"I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others.

"I am tremendously proud to be launching The #PaulWalkerFoundation
(@paulwalkerfdn) on his birthday. I can't think of a better way to celebrate my father. #DoGood (sic)"

Paul's 'Fast & Furious' co-star Vin Diesel recently paid tribute to him at the Teen Choice Awards.

He said: "I can't stand here and be rewarded like this without talking about somebody very, very, very important to us.

"One of the best blessings in our lives was the fact that we had the opportunity to call Pablo our brother. Paul Walker is here in spirit with us."
