Pablo Escobar's brother has written to Netflix to demand it gives him a share of the profits from the television series Narcos, warning his brother "would not have liked" it.
Roberto Escobar, 69, was the accountant for his brother, who was killed by police in 1993.
He dealt with the US$30 billion ($41.2b) empire built by the cocaine baron and spent a decade in prison.
Escobar has trademarked the family name, written a book and built a business showing tourists around the Colombian town of Medellin, where the drugs cartel was based.
Narcos tells the story of the cartel from the early 1970s. A second series is due for release in September.
