The former personal chef of P Diddy (aka Sean Combs) is suing the music mogul over claims she was forced to work during his "sex parties".
In court documents obtained by TMZ , Cindy Rueda claims she was subjected to sexual harassment and denied overtime pay, along with being asked "to prepare and serve entrees and appetisers to him and his guests while Mr Combs and his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity".

Ms. Rueda also claimed in court documents that on at least one occasion, she was summoned by her boss to "serve him a post-coital meal" while he made suggestive comments.
"Mr. Combs was naked and [he] made comments about his body," she alleged, adding that he asked whether "she was attracted to or liked his naked body".
