It was savaged by critics and viewers as being one of the most lacklustre television offerings ever to hit our screens.
But TV One's Our First Home still managed to trump X-Factor in last night's ratings war, claiming 40,000 more viewers than the TV3 singing competition.
Our First Home saw 345,000 viewers tune in for the second week of the renovation series, ahead of 305,000 viewers who watched X-Factor.

But when compared to the average audience for each network, Our First Home has delivered disappointing results for TV One, which shed more than 163,000 viewers from its 7pm lead-in programme, Sunday.
