The first episode for Our First Home's live auctions tonight saw the Wottons get $780,000 for their house.
Three families have done their bit to bring new life into old houses and the auctions will see the family with the highest bid take away a $100,000 prize.
The West Auckland property, at 115 Henderson Valley Rd, Henderson, had a reserve of $680,716.
The Wottons are up against the Pearce and Roughan families.
The TV One show will have auctions for the remaining two houses tomorrow and Tuesday, with the winners being announced on the final episode.
