Jason Kerrison from Kiwi band Opshop was the guest of New Zealand's next motor racing hope Brendon Hartley during the A1GP in Taupo over the weekend.
Talented driver Hartley has tested a Formula One car in Italy, furthering speculation that he will be the next New Zealander to race in the premier open-wheeler class.
Kerrison enjoyed his spin around the Taupo track, describing it as "completely and utterly amazing."
"Didn't really necessarily feel it too much until you came into the corners and when you'd brake and feel a couple of times your bodyweight moving forward - and your lunch."
