Mel Gibson's ex and baby mama Oksana Grigorieva is still milking her 15 minutes.
Her lawyers pulled the plug on her planned interview with TV titan Oprah Winfrey, so what's a scorned girl with a fire in her belly to do?
Blab to the tabloids.
In her first tell-all interview, Grigorieva spills the beans exclusively to People magazine about those legendary tanty tapes, and how she feared for her life during her rocky relationship with Gibson.
"I thought he would kill me," Grigorieva told People, recalling an incident in January, which led to the demise of her tempestuous relationship.
She alleges that Gibson hit her twice - once in the head, once in the mouth - as she held their daughter Lucia in her arms.
The violent clash is at the centre of an ongoing police investigation.
Gibson has vehemently denied Grigorieva's take on what happened that night, and has protested his innocence, saying he tried to "intervene" while she held the baby.
Gibson was "frothing at the mouth" and allegedly pulled a gun on her and waved it while "talking to himself like a lunatic," during the January 6 incident, Grigorieva claims.
The Russian singer, 40, also admits she made audiotapes of phone calls from Gibson, but denies leaking them to the media.
RadarOnline published the tapes, featuring the actor in a series of foul-mouthed, misogynistic and racist rants earlier this year. The website maintains they did not originate from Grigorieva.
So how did they find their merry way to the scandal sheet? Osmosis?
"I didn't think they were valuable to begin with. To me they were truthful evidence of a crime he committed," she said, adding that she had only sent them to her sister.
"I emailed them to my sister, who deleted them. I don't know who leaked them."
'He's afraid of hell...'
As for why she recorded Mel's meltdowns, she says she "needed to document his threats," while also denying accusations that she used the tapes to extort the actor. She maintains she's "horrified" the tapes are even out there.
In the sizzling interview, Grigorieva also claims Gibson was "depressed" and had frequent "thoughts of suicide", and that he "would've killed himself many times if he wasn't Catholic". ... "He's afraid of hell."
Gibson and Grigorieva are both currently under investigation; Gibson for domestic violence and Grigorieva for alleged extortion.
Gibson claims that he is the victim of an extortion plot allegedly concocted by Grigorieva. The actor says he's in possession of evidence which supposedly supports the extortion claim - emails and text message exchanges between him and his ex.
The Australian actor also claimed his former lover asked for money in exchange for keeping the recordings of their exchanges private.
Grigorieva maintains that she was in an abusive relationship with Gibson, and the LA Sheriff's Department is currently investigating those allegations.
But despite the toxic stream of hate that's obviously flowing between the warring pair, Grigorieva says she wants Gibson to be a part of Lucia's life.
"I'm not angry at him," she added.
"For the sake of Lucia, I really want him to be well. He has to have the courage to be responsible for what he's done."
"I'm standing up to a bully who is very rich and famous," she said.
