Kiwi supermodel Rachel Hunter made the most of missing her flight from India to Australia this week.
After missing the flight on Wednesday (NZT), she hit the streets of New Delhi to check out Humayun's Tomb then took up her taxi driver's offer to show her a Sikh temple.
"I was delighted of course to know there was a temple close to explore. It was beautiful experience, as he took me through the temple showing me the process, cleaning of the feet, the prayer, back to the kitchens where an enormous amount of food is prepared. Asked to join the men & woman preparing the foods. The sheer openness to feel the joy, the pride, the depth of sacred presence. Beautiful," she wrote on Facebook.
