The ladies of Orange Is The New Black are back with a passion and a romantic tug-of-war between Piper and Alex.
Litchfield Penitentiary will be turned topsy-turvy when Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) finds herself drawn to a flirtatious young inmate named Stella, played by Australian-born actress Ruby Rose.
But Alex, who lands back behind bars, doesn't take too well to the transition or losing Piper.
A new teaser for the popular Netflix series reveals the trials and tribulations, the laughter and the tears among the ladies of Litchfield Penitentiary.
Piper is informed that "the hot one" has returned, that is, her former lesbian love-turned-traitor-turned friend Alex, who asks her, "How am I back here?"
"Ah, it's so nice to see you guys back together," Lorna (Yael Stone) teases them.
"Maybe this is exactly where I'm supposed to be right now," Piper reflects to 'Red' (Kate Mulgrew).
'Red' cautions her: "Stop trying to mold the real world into the one inside your pointy blonde head. The world is better in black and white - or red."
Piper is then seen comforting an emotional Alex from the opposite side of a bathroom stall.
Then Piper has a flirty exchange with new inmate Stella Carlin (Ruby Rose) who winks at her in the commissary.
The two-minute clip ahead of the third season's June 12 debut begins with the ladies beating a tune in the snack room, and it just gets better.
"Welcome to Litchfield," Tiffany aka 'Pennsatucky' (Taryn Manning) tells a group of new inmates.
Among them is Lolly, a tow-headed blonde played by cast addition Lori Petty, who raves about how clean the halls are.
"This place is amazing. The walls are so clean!" Lolly exclaims, adding: "And I haven't heard anybody screaming."
The teaser also sees 'Red' embracing a new positive attitude: "It's a beautiful day. I've turned over a new leaf."
The relationship between Dayanara Diaz (Dascha Polanco) and officer John Bennett (Matt Mcgorry) starts to get physical, as they two are seen enjoying a lovers' embrace in the prison yard.
There's plenty of friction too Alex gets into a fist fight with Lolly, and Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba) has a confrontation with a prison official over her creative writing effort.
When the lady official calls it "obscene" and "pornographic," Crazy Eyes tries to explain.
