New Hulk comic smashes all you thought you knew about the character

Marvel comics is about to obliterate everything you've come to know about The Hulk.

A sneak peak of the iconic Jade Giant's rebooted comic series reintroduces the Hulk not as mild-mannered Bruce Banner but as Korean-American scientist Amadeus Cho.

The new star already has his own Twitter and Instagram accounts.

The new Hulk is a part of Marvel's plan to further diversify the franchise's superhero roster which now includes Black Hispanic Spider-Man Miles Morales and a female Thor.

With the change in character will also come a change in personality for Hulk who will now be a witty hero instead of an uncontrollable brute.

The reboot also marks the first time in the comic's 53 years that the Hulk's alter ego is not Bruce Banner.
