I'm not sure what it's called but it's opposite the Shakespeare Tavern in Albert St. There's a lady who works behind the counter who's very pretty and always polite, although I suspect she's not interested.
Saturday evening. If my dreams came true there would be a gig by:

But if there's nothing else doing I'll probably just:
Hang outside Rhys Darby's new house wondering where my career went so wrong and his so right.

Jeff Buckley, mostly. But, if I have earphones on, in summer I'm probably listening to the cricket.

The Cult. The more I watch it, the more I want to join Destiny Church.
The movie I've been dying to see:
I live with a German and I love war films; so a movie where the Germans win in the end so he can chill out.

Or a splash-out Wednesday night restaurant would be:
The all-hours yum cha at the bottom of Symonds St. The best in Auckland, by far.
* Brendhan Lovegrove hosts the Comedy Christmas Gala at Auckland's SkyCity Theatre on December 4 and 5. From December 9 he hits the road with six others taking in Hawkes Bay, New Plymouth, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.
